5. 8. Limitation of Liability: By receiving SMS messages from us, you agree that Carrington Home care Agency is not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any charges you incur from your mobile carrier in relation to receiving SMS messages.

 

9. Service Availability: Our SMS services are available in most locations, but availability may vary depending on your carrier and location. We do not guarantee that our SMS services will be available at all times or that messages will always be delivered promptly.

 

10. Amendments to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on our website, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated.

 

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
